Mr. Ruff is a partner and co-founding member of Royal Palm Capital Partners (RPCP), a private investment and management firm. Mr Ruff also serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Sunair Services Corporation and sits on the board of American Residential Services.

Prior to forming RPCP, Mr. Ruff served as Senior Vice President with Bank of America, N.A., where for over 18 years he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions as well as financing high growth public and private middle market companies.

In this capacity, he evaluated and structured transactions using public and private equity, public and private senior debt and mezzanine securities. In addition, Mr. Ruff was the Market Executive for Bank of America's Financial Strategies Group, where he managed a group of 30 professional bankers focused on the middle market in Florida.

Mr. Ruff was involved in the majority of Huizenga Holdings' investments, including major mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings and project financings for private and public companies.

Prior to joining NationsBank, now Bank of America, Mr. Ruff was employed by The First National Bank of Chicago's Global Banking Group.

Mr. Ruff received a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
