Sunair Services Corporation was formed in 1956 as a Florida Corporation. In 2005,
the Company has made five additional acquisitions and today is providing lawn care
services business. Since that time, the Company has made four additional acquisitions
and today is
providing lawn, general pest control and termite services to customers
throughout much of peninsular Florida.
Prior to 2005, the company was primarily engaged in high frequency radio and
telephone communications through its wholly owned subsidiary Sunair Communications, Inc.
In November 2005, Sunair changed its name from Sunair Electronics, Inc. to Sunair Services
Corporation, to more appropriately reflect its new business direction.
