Sunair Services formed its
new lawn and pest control division in June 2005 when it acquired Middleton
Pest Control, the 20th largest pest control Company in the U.S. with
revenues of approximately $36 million for calendar year 2005. In February
2005 Sunair's president and CEO, John J. Hayes had joined the Company
bringing over 20 years experience in the lawn care business having
previously served in various executive capacities at The TruGreen Companies.
Since the formation of the lawn and pest control division the company has
acquired four additional companies in those businesses.
Sunair Services Corp. has been directly and continuously involved in the technical
advancement of high frequency point to point radio communications for more than thirty years.
It has been, and continues to be, the Company's policy to channel its accumulated technical
know-how directly into the production and distribution of commercially viable products.
